CPA Accountants – Review Deals

We are looking for experienced CPAs to support our clients in a fractional CFO style role. This is a part time, advisory focused position providing business valuations and financial reviews. Engagements can be structured as a monthly retainer or, preferably, as clearly defined service packages.
Most of our clients are in the $1 to $5 million range and are seeking practical guidance, not just compliance work.

We are seeking experienced business and corporate lawyers to support our clients on a contract basis. This role focuses on reviewing transactions, drafting and negotiating agreements, and supporting deal execution across a range of engagements.
Most work is project based and tied to active transactions, with opportunities for ongoing collaboration as our marketplace grows.
